Quality Management Proposals

The Company's current quality management policy is as follows:

  • Our service engineer's are Gas Safe and NICEIC approved.
  • It is our policy to provide services that ensure optimum value for money while fully complying with our customers requirements.
  • Our belief is that consistency of service quality is of paramount importance. This, we know, results in satisfied customers and long term continuity of business.
  • The company operates a comprehensive quality management system throughout all levels of its activity as described in our quality manual and associated procedures to which all Edmund Services employees are required to adhere to rigidly.
  • The nature of the company's activities place particular emphasis on the experience, expertise, capability, performance, reliability and quality of work of its employees. The necessity for their involvement and commitment in achieving the desired quality levels in all the company's activities is therefore recognised and encouraged.
  • All employees are required to be familiar with and understand the company quality objectives achieved by an ongoing programme of education and where appropriate training.
  • Edmund Services has been accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management registered in 1995. Assessed and registered by Quality Assurance Systems - Certificate Number - A7210. Also BS EN ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management) Certificate no - En1192 registered in June 2007.
